The Panorama of Scripture

We will explore the history of both the Old Testament and New Testament with an emphasis on the connective tissues that runs through Scripture and the individual books of both testaments. We will also examine the birth  of the Bible itself and the process that brought it into our hands today.

History

Bob Jones Heritage Studies 6 tours the lands, peoples, and cultures of ancient civilizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Students learn the history and influences of these peoples on religion and the world today. It expands their Christian worldview as they compare ancient beliefs and religions with Christianity and will enrich their critical thinking skills through the use of maps, charts, primary sources, and activities.
